Do I need to provide water and electricity?
Yes. For most services, we require access to an outdoor water spigot and a standard power outlet (120V) within 50 feet of the vehicle. If you cannot provide these utilities (e.g., apartment/condo parking), you must inform us in the booking form, and we will arrange to bring the necessary resources, which may slightly adjust the appointment time.
What areas in Metro Vancouver do you cover?
We primarily serve the Lower Mainland (604 area code), including Surrey, Langley, Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Delta, and Coquitlam. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of our immediate service radius, but we will confirm this with your quote.
Do I need to be present during the detailing service?
No! We require you to be present at the start for a quick vehicle walk-around and to receive the final keys, but you are free to carry on with your day while we work. Payment is collected upon completion and your final sign-off.
What if my car is extremely dirty (e.g., pet hair, mud)?
We handle all levels of dirt! For excessively challenging vehicles (heavy pet hair, construction dust, bio-hazards), an excessive dirt fee (starting at $20) may be applied. We will always inform you of any surcharge before starting work.
